Safety
-
The body of Tully Tube (cylindrical base) is made from 100% sustainably sourced paper, certified by the Programme for Forest Enforcement Certified (PFEC) and meets U.S. FDA food-contact packaging regulations
The patent-pending joint (the neck of the cylinder) is made from post-consumer 100% recycled plastic.
-
Tully Tube has a patent-pending inner release-tab that allows patients to separate the paper-tube base apart from the child-resistant cap and the joint (“neck”). This allows for clean end-of-life recycling and/or composting.
In other words, once you’re done with your prescription, simply tear the interior tab and separate the pieces: the paper bottom can be recycled or composted, and the joint and the cap can be recycled according to local recycling guidelines.
